Karin Valham has been teaching meditation courses at Kopan Monastery for over 15 years. She was ordained as a Buddhist nun in 1975 and has studied the Dharma with Lama Thubten Yeshe and Kyabje Zopa Rinpoche as well as several other great Lamas. These seventeen Lam-rim meditations were recorded at Kopan Monastery in Nepal.
