Refunds & Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you about its approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and decide on the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow some time for processing a refund. If you haven’t received your refund, first re-check your account, then contact your credit card supplier, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Please send notification of dispatch to the above email.

Please note, you are responsible for shipping costs for your returned item & original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning an item over $100, please consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing package insurance.
