We use Australia Post for all shipping. Costs are calculated at checkout or on the cart page when you enter your delivery address.

Shipping costs

We use Australia Post for all our shipping. Shipping costs for your purchases are calculated at checkout (or on the cart page if you enter a delivery address). Please note the following:

  • We only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
  • Shop is usually closed on Monday-Tuesday. Orders placed on these days may not be processed until Wednesday.
  • When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at the Auspost Track your item page.
  • For Australian customers, you can choose standard or express shipping at checkout. Please see here for estimated delivery times. For New Zealand customers, please see here for an overview of available delivery options and times.
  • You can also choose to add Signature on Delivery and Extra Cover options for a small additional cost. Please see here for more information about this. Please note that Australia Post covers the first $100 of value for free.
  • If you live locally, a pickup option is also available.
  • If you require a different delivery method please email us with the details.
